We’re a married couple expecting our first child and are looking for a supportive, experienced doula for one-hour prenatal and postpartum sessions covered by our Anthem PPO plan. We are in our mid-to-late thirties with a small senior dog. Mom is a high-risk pregnancy with higher anxiety, so we’re looking for someone calm, reassuring, and experienced in supporting first-time parents. I can not lie on my back and transitional movements are extremely painful. I want to gain better understanding of birthing positions that will be right for me.
