Becoming a doula is a privilege because it allows me to witness the incredible strength and resilience of birthing individuals and families as they meet their new baby. My role is not to dictate the "right" way to give birth, but to be a constant, nonjudgmental source of support and information, ensuring that each family's unique choices are respected and honored. My philosophy is centered on the belief that a positive birth experience is rooted in feeling safe, informed, and empowered. I believe that birth is a powerful, transformational journey, and I am honored to help my clients access their inner strength, advocate for their preferences, and create a birth story that they can look back on with confidence, no matter how it unfolds.
In my care package, I offer services from one month prior to you due date, during birth, and up until 3 weeks after birth. This package includes lactation support and no over nights. Sections are one hour and biweekly. This includes no over nights. There is an exception for when labor has started. I will be on call and stay until about 3 hours after birth.
This package starts 4 weeks prior to your due date. I will provide services during and after birth for 6 weeks. Sections are every 2 weeks for an hour. With an exception for labor. I will be on call for your labor and stay up to 3 hours after birth. This package includes lactation assistance and one overnight or daytime care of your choice.
This is the luxury package. I will start services one month before due date. Visits will be once a week up until birth. I will be on call during labor and stay up until 4 hours after birth. I will offer support weekly. These will be one hour sections for 12 weeks. This package includes lactation support, care support and management for mom and dad, and 3 overnight care visits. You will have 2 emergency visits for when you’re overwhelmed and may need a break. These visits will last up until 1 hour. I will be on call 24/7 during the first 3 weeks of birth via phonecall or zoom.
I provide comprehensive, compassionate care as a birth, postpartum, lactation, and overnight doula to support families through their entire journey into parenthood. With a focus on emotional, physical, and informational support, I empower expectant and new parents to make informed decisions and feel confident in their choices. From guiding you through the intensity of labor to providing a supportive, non-judgmental presence during the "fourth trimester" and those sleepless nights, my goal is to nurture the whole family, allowing you to recover, bond, and thrive.
