Hello everyone! I am a full spectrum doula and I currently have availability to take on birth clients. I am very passionate about working with birthing people and babies. I received my full spectrum doula certification from Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings in 2023 and I have been supporting families in this period of life for years. My experience is in doula care, infant day-care settings, nannying, non-profit work, and milk banking. My long term goal is to have an impact on marginalized communities. Doula care, especially support during the postpartum period, is seen as a luxury to many people, because it has become more inaccessible. As an indigenous person working as a lactation counselor, childbirth educator, birth doula and postpartum doula I offer unique opportunities to integrate traditional practices with contemporary support. In this experience, the doula role extends beyond the physical recovery and infant care; it requires cultural humility , respect for ancestral knowledge and recognition of the community’s values. This experience highlights that postpartum care is not one-size-fits-all model. The doula’s presence becomes a bridge between worlds-supporting modern postpartum practices while safeguarding cultural continuity. In conclusion, working with an indigenous doula ;has given me the responsibility to practice the cultural humility of my heritage, honor my traditional knowledge and provide holistic care. I have been dedicated to women’s health since the beginning of my public health journey. When I began university, I started volunteering with the Women's Resource Center on campus. This allowed me to plan events and educate students about sexual health and wellness. I was later hired on as a sexual violence educator as well. I was on the pre-medicine track, but realized that my true passions were helping improve health outcomes for people. I decided to get my Master's of Public Health at Boston University. Through the program, I dedicated a lot of my time to researching maternal health outcomes, especially for women of color. I have been fortunate to be able to use my passions for reproductive justice in my research at Boston Medical Center. Much of my work focuses on family planning and health disparities in repro spaces. In my work, I have been fortunate to work with amazing birth workers, which inspired my own doula journey. Birth should be an empowering and liberating experience for families, and I strive for this in my doula work. My approach is completely client-centered so that clients can feel supported and advocated for during their process. When I'm not engaged in birth work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and playing with my fur baby, Fezzik. My ultimate goal is to become a midwife so that I can continue centering reproductive justice in my work.

Hey! I am a newer doula in the area. I’m a new mom and recently postpartum myself! My business mantra is “grounded in science, guided by spirit” and that’s exactly how I run my practice . I’m up to date on state of the art birth, pregnancy, postpartum techniques and therapies. I then add my own touch! I like holistic healing and therapies aromatherapy, reflexology, meditation, mindfulness, grounding, breath work, etc. my practice is guided by my client and therefore won’t always be the same. I tailor my knowledge and practice to better help you! My job is to make sure you feel seen, heard, calm and confident throughout your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and so on!
