About me

Hey! I am a newer doula in the area. I’m a new mom and recently postpartum myself! My business mantra is “grounded in science, guided by spirit” and that’s exactly how I run my practice . I’m up to date on state of the art birth, pregnancy, postpartum techniques and therapies. I then add my own touch! I like holistic healing and therapies aromatherapy, reflexology, meditation, mindfulness, grounding, breath work, etc. my practice is guided by my client and therefore won’t always be the same. I tailor my knowledge and practice to better help you! My job is to make sure you feel seen, heard, calm and confident throughout your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and so on! Service introduction

Grounded in science, guided by spirit I offer childbirth, pregnancy and postpartum education. I can guide an expectant family on the ins and outs of childbirth. I’m here to answer all questions. I like to incorporate holistic pain management during labor, aromatherapy, light yoga/stretches, meditation, grounding, breathing techniques etc. My care is tailored to my clients needs and wishes. My practice is ever changing and I’m always learning and improving.

Packages
Birth care
Starting at 35 weeks we will have 4 prenatal sessions. If needed I am available to schedule more but there will be an additional charge for each additional session. We will discuss your birth plan, techniques you want to incorporate, test them out etc. I will also be available through text and call for quick questions, guidance, reassurance etc. Then from 37-42 weeks I will be on 24/7 call! Give me a call as soon as you think labor has begun and I will be there. I will do as much or as little as you need. I will stay after birth to continue care as long as you feel you need me there. Birth care is very flexible depending on the clients needs.

Postpartum Care
I will continue care into the postpartum period. I will continue to care for mom and baby. I will feed, change, bathe and dress baby. I will aid mom in breastfeeding if she so wishes. I will aid in preparing meals and help with shopping if that would meet the growing family’s needs. I will wash, sterilize, and prepare bottle and pump parts. Postpartum care is $25/hr or $30/hr for overnights
