Hi and congratulations! I am an evidence-based birth doula who believes in grounded, science-backed practices + traditional methods. I will work with you and your birthing team to help you develop a birthing plan and help you to prepare for your unique birth. Whether it is your first, second, or fifth birth, each pregnancy is different, and each birthing experience brings it's own unique moments. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

I support you throughout your pregnancy journey with touch points up to 6 weeks after delivery. Pre-natal visits as needed, typically two. Full in person support during active labor and up to one hour post delivery. One 6 week postpartum visit.

Additional postpartum support tailored to your unique needs, additional emotional support, cleaning, and pet care or dog walking

$40 USD · Per hour

Postpartum Chef

$250 Weekly meal prep - 6 to 8 meals per week (2 main dishes with 3-6 servings) - 1 breakfast item - 1 sweet treat * Groceries not included Using fresh, whole foods locally sourced from farmers' markets and butchers. Prioritizing proven minerals and ingredients that nourish and support the postpartum body and soul.

Choosing Kathryn for my labor and delivery was, hands down, the best decision we made to help us navigate my first pregnancy. She made us feel safe and supported throughout my journey. When a possible pregnancy complication arose, she was there to talk through it and offer calming words of encouragement. When my labor pains were unbearable, she was there with a full body massage, which lasted hours. And when we chose to have the placenta stored, she was the caretaker who made sure it was stored safely and appropriately. Kathryn supported us so much that we chose her experience and knowledge for all three of my births. She was by my side for all three labors, supporting, massaging, helping me to reposition, and providing endless counter pressure during contractions. Kathryn cares deeply about you and your labor and delivery experience. She is a calm voice and a listening ear during a new experience. I am so grateful she was there, and I highly recommend her!

What is included after birth

I support you through the first 6 weeks of postpartum. - Daily check-ins for the first seven days - Every-other-day check-ins for the second week postpartum - Weekly check-ins until week 6 - One postpartum visit between week 6 and week 7 - Additional, more hands-on postpartum support is available, including cooking and meal prep.
