I offer comprehensive support for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period through birth doula services, postpartum care, fitness coaching, yoga, and nutrition guidance. My birth doula services include prenatal education, birth planning, continuous labor support, evidence-based information, comfort measures, and support for both you and your partner as you prepare to welcome your baby. During labor and birth, I provide a calm, reassuring presence while helping you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your decisions. Beyond birth support, I provide postpartum doula care to help families navigate the transition into parenthood with greater ease and confidence. Services may include newborn care guidance, feeding support, emotional support, recovery education, light household assistance, and practical resources tailored to your family’s needs. As a certified women’s fitness coach and prenatal/postnatal yoga instructor, I also offer personalized movement programs, strength training, and yoga designed to support a healthy pregnancy, prepare the body for birth, and promote safe postpartum recovery. Additionally, I provide nutrition guidance focused on nourishing both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and the fourth trimester.
