Birth package includes *1-3 prenatal appointments where we cover everything from understanding birth settings, how to advocate for yourself and partner, coping techniques, lactation education, laboring positions, birth preferences, and more! *in person labor support * ongoing lactation support and other method of feeding support * 1 postpartum visit

Birth Support for twins is a birth support package but with extra emotional and physical support for twins. As a parent of twins, I know the highs and lows of multiples and offer a unique understanding and knowledge of how to set realistic goals for birth, postpartum, and parenting!
