I am a trained doula with over five years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’ve had the honor of working with many private clients, providing care that is both personalized and deeply nurturing. My philosophy is to honor the whole journey of birth—physical, emotional, and spiritual—while creating a safe and empowering space for families. I speak Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, and Spanish, which allows me to connect with families across cultures. Being rooted in language and diversity, I bring a culturally sensitive approach that embraces tradition, identity, and the unique story of each family I serve.

I provide holistic care for women and families through every stage of the birthing journey. As a birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery, ensuring that families feel guided, empowered, and cared for throughout the process. Beyond birth support, I also provide placenta encapsulation, which many mothers choose for its natural benefits in supporting postpartum recovery, balancing hormones, and replenishing energy. In addition, I offer yoni steaming as a gentle, culturally rooted practice to promote womb healing, relaxation, and overall wellness. I am also in the process of becoming a MassHealth provider, which means I will soon be able to accept MassHealth insurance to make these services more accessible to families in need. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and culturally honoring space for every woman and family I serve.
