About me

I am a perinatal doula (conception to 1 year post partum). My philosophy is to make sure that the client feels completely supported physically, emotionally, & is armed to the tooth with information. I am also a certified yoga instructor who’s ready to help prepare my clients for the birthing process. I’m also a loss care specialist. I provide support for those that experience prenatal & perinatal loss.
