Kristen Nero’s journey to birth work began in 2017, following the birth of her first baby. She has been a fully certified Bradley Method childbirth educator and doula since 2018. Prior to getting into birth work, Kristen attended Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she studied biology and graduated with high honors. She has since become a mother of 2. Both of her children were born without intervention and at home. When not working, Kristen can be found reading for pleasure, exercising, doing yoga, hiking, gardening, or studying for her lactation consultant license (the IBCLC credential).
