Hi, I’m Megan Andry! I’m a New Orleans-based birth doula, DONA-trained and deeply passionate about supporting birthing individuals and their families throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. With a background in nursing, previous experience working in a birth center, and my current role as a Reiki practitioner at Theratique, I bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge, holistic care, and compassionate support to my work. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where every birthing person feels heard, respected, empowered, and confident in their choices. I believe that every birth journey is unique and that everyone deserves personalized, nonjudgmental support as they navigate one of life’s most transformative experiences. My approach focuses on providing emotional reassurance, physical comfort, education, and advocacy while honoring each family's individual needs, preferences, and birth goals. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

My birth doula package is designed to provide compassionate, personalized support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum journey. This package includes 2–4 prenatal visits where we will connect, discuss your birth preferences, explore comfort measures, and prepare for your upcoming birth. Beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy, I will be on call 24/7, ready to support you whenever labor begins. During labor and birth, I provide continuous emotional and physical support through encouragement, breathing techniques, positioning, relaxation, and comfort measures to help you feel safe, confident, and empowered. Following your baby's arrival, the package includes 1–3 postpartum visits to check in on your well-being, process your birth experience, answer questions, and offer guidance as you adjust to life with your little one. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, nurtured, and supported every step of the way.

Reiki & Crystal Sound Healing Package

Take a moment to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit with a deeply relaxing Reiki and sound healing experience. This package combines the gentle, restorative practice of Reiki with the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls to encourage relaxation, emotional balance, and inner peace. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, creating a peaceful and nurturing space where you can release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, adjusting to postpartum life, or simply seeking a moment of stillness, this holistic experience offers an opportunity to feel grounded, supported, and renewed.
