Hello, my name is Lauren and I am a birth and postpartum doula as well as bereavement. I am also a new parent educator and a childbirth educator. I love working with families and all aspects of preparing for your childbirth journey. I also have experience with Nicu postpartum care.

I offer full spectrum prenatal, and postpartum services. This includes childbirth and new parent education classes, birth support and postpartum support. As well as daytime and overnight options.
