I help you prepare for labor by discussing your birth preferences, offering comfort measures, and creating a peaceful environment that reflects your values and faith. During labor, I provide techniques such as breathing guidance, positioning, massage, and prayerful encouragement to help you stay calm, confident, and connected to your body. My goal is to remind you that you are strong, capable, and never alone — that God’s presence is guiding you every step of the way. Following your baby’s arrival, I continue my care as a postpartum doula, ensuring you have the rest, reassurance, and support you deserve. Those first weeks after birth are beautiful yet tender, and having a caring hand to lean on can make all the difference. I provide assistance with newborn care, feeding support, light household tasks, emotional check-ins, and spiritual encouragement. My goal is to create a nurturing atmosphere where you can focus on recovery, bonding with your baby, and adjusting with grace to your new role as a mother. 🌿 Service Packages 🤍 Birthing Doula – $500 Includes prenatal meetings, birth planning, continuous labor support, and immediate postpartum care at your birth location. 🤎 Birthing & Postpartum Doula – $1000 Includes everything in the birthing package, plus several in-home postpartum visits focused on newborn care, emotional healing, and daily support for the new family. Each service is designed to meet your unique needs with compassion, understanding, and faith-centered care.
