I need support while giving birth and for post partum. This is the first time I am ever having a baby and I am scared.

Giving birth at the hospital with midwife. I have no idea how much doulas cost so I’m not sure of budget. I’m hoping for no pre-eclampsia this pregnancy and to give birth vaginally again with pain management medicines.

(No epidural, no pitocin prior to birth). I'm open to breathing gas or other methods, but I'm largely afraid of needles and unsure if I can do an epidural. I'm open to following the flow of my birth and will consider options as necessary.

I would like to have an unmedicated birth at the hospital but would be open to at home. I would like to receiving coaching on pain relief techniques along with exercises and movements to help in preparation for the baby. I am mentally prepared for a marathon birth and the pain that is to follow along with it. I would like more education on postpartum and how to take care of myself and the baby. My husband is fully on board with an unmedicated birth and is prepared to stand up for my wishes for my self and baby during labor .

Plan to give birth at west allis memorial $150-$300 monthly I will love to give birth in water but u knows that’s not going to happen! I want to give birth squatting not on my back! Gravity helps with birthing if squatting or have legs certain way
