I am originally from Miami, Florida. I am a highly trained certified pediatric nurse in Atlanta, GA. Throughout my nursing career, I have always been moved by women who are able to use their bodies as vessels to bring new creations into this world. As a doula, I want to use evidence-based information to help care for mothers and your newborn such as labor support, hands-on comfort support, infant feeding, emotional and physical support, and newborn care. I will incorporate my doula knowledge with my skills and experiences as a nurse to help families with the challenges and changes that come with bringing a new life into the world. My overall goal as a doula is to leave families feeling more resilient with their newly added skills to better take care of themselves and their growing family.
