About me

For more than 8 years, I have had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood, including more than 40 births. My approach is warm, calm, evidence-informed, and nonjudgmental. I believe there is no single “right” way to give birth, my role is not to tell you what your birth should look like, but to help you feel informed, prepared, heard, and supported as you make the choices that are right for you and your family. I have experience supporting unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, VBACs, cesarean births, breastfeeding, postpartum adjustment, and childbirth education. My background in parenting consultation and Circle of Security also shapes the way I care for families. I see birth not as an isolated event, but as the beginning of a new chapter for the whole family. I love supporting parents as they build confidence, learn to understand their baby's needs, and find their own way into parenthood. I provide support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and proudly serve families throughout the MetroWest area. My hope is that every family I work with feels respected, cared for, and never alone in the journey.

Service introduction

I offer comprehensive support throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. My prenatal services include individualized birth preparation, childbirth education, birth preferences and planning, comfort measures and positioning, and preparation for different birth possibilities. As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth, including support for unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, VBACs, and cesarean births. After birth, I offer postpartum support focused on recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding support and education, rest, adjustment, and helping parents build confidence as they settle into life with their baby. My background in parenting consultation and Circle of Security also allows me to provide parenting support and education beyond the newborn period. Services are available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish throughout the MetroWest area.
