I love for my families to have all of the facts and then they make the best decision for them. I enjoy journeying with families through birth and postpartum. I'm a proud mama of two smart, rambunctious boys. I love to cook for and spend quality time with my family and friends. When birthing schedule allows, I also love travelling. I found my way to being a doula after the birth of my second baby. Though my pregnancy and birth were perfectly planned and perfectly played out, I had nothing setup and prepared for postpartum. Two days after I gave birth I was up making myself breakfast, getting my oldest off to school, and driving myself and new baby to his first pediatric appointment. I felt alone and isolated. Many days I would just cry from being overwhelmed. I told my doula and lactation consultant that as soon as I was healed I would train to be a postpartum doula so that no other families nor mom would have to suffer in silence. Now, as a birth and postpartum doula, I get to make sure that moms can have the birth they want, and a peaceful, sustainable life after their sweet baby has arrived. It's truly my passion to ensure families thrive through this wild time in their lives.

My name is Undria, but all my life I’ve been called Angel, and I truly try to live up to that name. As a doula I have, and will help my parents with any questions they may have before birth, and after. No question is off limits, so I want them to feel comfortable to speak on anything that is causing an issue of doubt for them. I’m a breastfeeding educator, so I can also help parents get a good latch after baby is born, and I’m a true supporter of getting baby to latch within the first hour after they are born.
