As a wife and mother, I know firsthand the beauty, challenges, and transformative power of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My personal experiences have fueled my passion for supporting families through this sacred time, providing emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to their unique needs. Service introduction

As a beginner doula, I offer compassionate and personalized support for expecting parents throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My services include prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and emotional preparation for labor. During labor and delivery, I provide continuous support—helping with breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and advocacy to ensure a positive birth experience. After birth, I offer postpartum care, which includes assistance with newborn care, emotional support, and guidance for a smooth transition into parenthood. My goal is to create a calm, informed, and empowering experience for every family, no matter their birth plan or setting. Understanding that every family’s financial situation is different, I offer beginner-friendly pricing to accommodate all budgets. My full-service doula package, which includes two prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and one postpartum visit, is available for $500. For those who only need labor support, I offer a stand-alone birth support package for $300. If you’re looking for postpartum assistance, I provide in-home postpartum visits at $25 per hour. Payment plans are available because every family deserves quality birth support, regardless of their financial circumstances.
