I’m a first time military spouse 2nd time mom so it feels like I’m doing this all on my own. I’m going to be giving birth at the hospital on base and I have Tricare insurance. I want a provider who can help make this pregnancy and birth smoother and less stressful.

I am 4 days postpartum from an emergency c section, daughter was born 11/15. I’m a first time mom and feeling extremely overwhelmed in this new transition. I feel like even making myself food is overwhelming and haven’t really been eating since I got home from hospital. I have no idea what my budget is; I’m hoping to get insurance coverage

Night Nurse to assist with night feeds, putting baby to sleep, bottle washing / sanitizing, occasional light laundry etc. Preferably 5+ years experience and English speaking. Ellie was born 11/13/2025 with SGA (Small for Gestational Age) so is only about 5 lbs 3 oz right now and feeding is important. We do also have 3 dogs, so caregiver would have to be okay with that. No budget limitations for the right fit.

I am using Kaiser insurance. I want someone to help my husband and I adjust to parenthood. We are looking for someone 2-4 times a week the first few weeks. If willing a night or two although I plan on breast feeding, just to help us acclimate.

I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego, CA. I would like to have a doula with me during labor and postpartum at the hospital and at home for about two weeks so I can recover well. I'll need the doula to take care of my postpartum needs especially with my food/nutrition so that I can produce enough breastmilk. I haven't worked out my birth plan yet but going for a natural/unmedicated birth for sure.
