I plan to give birth at Kaiser in Downey, CA and utilize my Kaiser HMO coverage to pay.

Hospital (Emanate Hospital in West Covina). Unsure about budget, wanted to see first how much my insurance will cover. I have Anthem Blue Cross HMO. Aiming for as much of a natural birth as possible.

I’m planing to give birth at Providence St Joseph hospital in Burbank. It would not be my first choice as I was hoping for a home birth. Unfortunately, I was laid off last year and have been unable to find work. I’m hoping to find support covered by medi-cal. I would like my birth to be unmediated and with as little intervention as possible. This is my first birth so I do feel a bit nervous. I would only like my husband and doula in the room (along with any necessary medial care team). I would like to be able to move freely and have help getting into positions that will help me through the various stages of labor. I’d also love to spend time in the bath. I want skin to skin right away and delayed cord clamping.

Hospital support, birthing support, id like a midwife to be my main support during my birthing process.

Part time (4-5 hours 3x a week) Help with infant care, feeding, diaper changes while mom pumps and rests. We are in late 30’s first time parents. Budget $20-25 per hour.

I plan on giving a medicated birth in a hospital. With a $1,500 budget.
