I would like to have a water birth at home, be able to move and hope to be IV free as I get very irritated by it in my skin. I am open to a hospital birth as I've had one previous but wasn't happy with the outcome of my last birth. Not quite sure on budget yet.

My name is June Aiu (25yr) and this is my first pregnancy. I am currently 30weeks + 5 days and I plan to give birth at my workplace, MetroHealth Glick Center (Main Campus) in Cleveland, Ohio. My official due date is February 6th, 2026. My budget range is $1,200-$1,500. My birth plan includes: Vaginal birth (unless absolutely necessary to change based on emergency circumstances), being as active/mobile as possible during early labor, utilizing oral/IV push medications and breathing/meditative exercises for pain relief, avoid an epidural (if possible), utilize nitrous oxide after 7cm dilation for pain relief (if my facility has this as a treatment option), and delayed cord clamping (about 2-5min). I’d also like to keep my placenta if that’s possible. The only people I want present in the delivery room are the providers, the baby’s father, and my mother.

I am new to the idea of having a doula. I would like to do more preparation work to hopefully have a smoother delivery. My first experience of childbirth, ended in a natural delivery that was forceps assisted, and I had 3+ hours of pushing before we decided between forceps or C section. I had to be induced after 11 days being overdue. I would hope that with this next pregnancy I can go naturally and have way less medications than I had the first time. I want to trust that my body knows what to do, but I need to help train it to achieve my goal. I understand despite some things are out of my control, I can help myself to have a better delivery and post partum outcome. 1. Monmouth Medical Center 2. Hey! So I'm planning my 3rd birth. The first was an emergency c- section and the second also a c-section, 4yrs ago. I had a very unsupportive/hands off midwife previously. I've found an amazing midwife this time and am planning a VBAC. Currently planning a birthing center birth (birthing center is in Bastrop Texas) but considering homebirth.. I'm not supper stuck on a particular bith plan. My goal is a healthy baby and a bit of redemption from my previous births that didn't go the way I planned at all. I'm a Christian, mildly crunchy farm mom who just wants a calm, peaceful birth resulting in a healthy baby and minimal trauma! 😅 I'm looking for a support person to remind me I am capable and keep me focused. I had post partum depression last time so some postpartum support may be good for me, although I have more family support this time too! We don't have insurance. I don't know what a doula costs typically, that's part of why I'm reaching out, to see if this could be an option for us. Thanks!!

I need help after the first few days after delivery while I’m healing.

Looking for postpartum night doulas to watch baby at night to let the parents sleep, the baby needs to be fed every 3 hours so you’ll be responsible for 11 pm, 2 am and 5 am feeds and changing diapers and making sure he goes back to sleep and taking care when he wakes up. Newborn care, baby is 2 months old, diaper changes, washing bottles.

Looking for a birth doula for additional support through unmedicated childbirth and possibly postpartum support and education. I’m giving birth at the Mercy Midwifery Birthing Center. I’m not sure about cost for Doula but my max would be $500 altogether. Right now I don’t have much of a birth plan aside from using laughing gas as pain management as needed. I don’t know what else I need to include or consider.

I would like to do either a home or water birth. I need someone that accepts medicaid and if there are any additional outside fees to inform. I want a delayed clamping, no shots or vaccines administered. I would like post partum assistance. I would like someone who is holistic or aware, open, and understanding of these desires. I want to keep and dehydrate the placenta for later. I want my pregnancy and birthing as natural as possible. I am pescatarian so I only consume fish, not "land" meat. I do desire support, including emotional and mental. I am not due at the moment but I am on the search for someone before it occurs. I don't believe in waiting last minute for something this big. I suffered alot from having to do last minute with my first.
