We’re looking for a reliable person to help with our infant starting on October 27, 2025 (date is flexible). This position requires someone who has a valid driver's license and a vehicle for outings. Experience with multiple children is a must. The job involves feeding, changing, and engaging our child in age-appropriate activities during the weekday daytime. I am currently pregnant with my second child (a boy). My first delivery in short was a series of unfortunate events that ended in a c section. I would to try for a TOLAC/VBAC. My doctors have said I’m a great candidate for it. I plan on giving birth at Baystate in Springfield MA. I am have a lot of anxiety about my birth not only due to the last time but this time around there has been a lot of miss communication and I just don’t want to be worried about everyone being on the same page while trying to have a successful labor. While having an epidural isn’t out of the question or having other medical interventions isn’t out of the question I’d like to just let my body do its thing and labor naturally with alternative pain management methods. I honestly have zero idea what a doula even costs to even know what is reasonable, if it’s covered by insurance etc.
