Hi - we are experience the 4 month sleep regression. Our baby slept through the night starting at 10 weeks and then at 14 weeks stopped. She now wakes up every hour. It has been happening since early December. I’m going back to work in January and need to get a night or two of sleep. She also only naps for 30 minutes during the day and won’t take a bottle.

An overnight nanny that will feed, burp, diaper and put my newborn to sleep. This would be 1 to 2 times a week. Nanny will be background checked, infant cpr certified, required to wash bottles. There is a 19mo old in the house that sleeps through the night, and two dogs under 12lbs.

We do have a small dog who doesnt require much attention besides being let outside to potty and she likes to sleep with you.
