We are looking for a postpartum doula or sleep trainer to provide overnight care while we struggle to sleep train one of our twins. It has been two months since we tried sleep training and one twin sleeps twelve hours no problem, but the other still cries throughout many nights and it’s become too much for us to handle without overnight support. I am looking to hire a night nurse for a week or two for my daughter whose second baby came three weeks early until I can get there. She has a 2.5 year old as well. I am hoping to have someone come from 9 PM to 9 AM. This would involve being in the same room as the sleeping baby, bringing the baby to her to nurse, changing his diaper and putting him back to sleep, then helping in the morning when the toddler wakes up.
