Hello and welcome! My name is Mandy and I am a certified Postpartum Doula dedicated to helping families find their footing during life with a newborn. My path to this work wasn’t just professional—it was personal. As a mother of four and a wife, I’ve walked the postpartum journey multiple times myself. I know exactly how beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming those first few weeks can be. My own experiences taught me that families don’t just need advice; they need rest, nourishment, and a calm, non-judgmental presence to lean on. That is exactly what I strive to provide. Having lived in Germany and coming from a multicultural background, I bring an open heart and deep respect for different traditions and parenting styles. I understand that there is no "one right way" to parent—only the way that works best for your family. Whether you need support with newborn care, help getting a few hours of sleep, or just an extra set of hands to keep the household running, I’m here to make your transition smoother. I want you to feel cared for so you can focus on bonding with your baby. Let’s make your postpartum experience a time of healing and connection. I would be honored to support you.

I don’t even know where to begin in describing how grateful I am for Petra and the incredible support she gave me, my husband, and our son born in April 2024. She was, in every sense of the word, the doula of our dreams. We call her our 'fairy godmother.' We were first-time parents who truly didn’t know what we were doing. Petra walked into our home with a calm, reassuring presence that immediately made us feel safe and supported. Petra never made us feel judged or inadequate — instead, she showed us step by step how to care for our newborn, starting with the first step into our house from the hospital, and my question of, "umm, so where do I put him?". From there, she patiently taught us all the practical skills (feeding, burping, bathing, diapering, soothing, etc.), as we had no idea what we were doing. All the books I read while pregnant did not prepare me for the real thing. Petra prepared us for the real thing. More than the “how-to,” Petra gave us peace of mind. She answered every question with kindness and expertise. She normalized our fears, reassured us when we second-guessed ourselves, and reminded us that we were doing a good job. She also cared for us as parents. She encouraged us to rest, to eat, and to breathe. Her presence lifted so much of the anxiety from those early days and gave us space to bond with our baby rather than drown in uncertainty. Petra was everything we hoped for in a doula: knowledgeable, nurturing, reliable, compassionate, and endlessly patient. She went above and beyond. I can say without exaggeration that she helped us survive and truly enjoy those first weeks as a new family. Suyin also contributed to the post-partum support of our family as my lactation consultant. You really just don't know how difficult breast feeding is until you try it! Suyin helped me with latch, positioning, and confidence. Her visits at our home were comfortable and stress-free, and she helped turned breast-feeding into something I could actually enjoy. I can’t recommend her enough!

I believe every woman deserves to be cherished, heard, supported, and cared for after giving birth.  I received a lot of support from my own mother after birthing each of my 3 children. This has inspired me to use my own experience, and knowledge from my training, to offer a high level of loving support and care to others on their postpartum journey. I’m passionate about creating a non judgmental space for parents and babies to learn and grow together.

Hi, I’m Tisa. I am a certifying labour and Postpartum Doula and proud mom of six beautiful children. I consider myself to be a compassionate person who strives to help you and your family navigate this new exciting chapter of your lives. I strongly believe it is my mission to help you have not only a positive postpartum journey but to help better assist and equip you with all the right tools for success. My passion for birth work began 20 years ago after the birth of my eldest son. Due to a series of events that could have very well crippled me only made me stronger. I was very fortunate to find access to many great regional programs and I met someone who not only poured wisdom into me at a young age but believed I could do great things in this field of work. I will never let my birth trauma define me, rather it has shaped me into who I am today. I am dedicated to providing assistance, support and spreading the message that you are not alone. My role as your doula is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I am committed to empowering you to make informed decisions. The Postpartum stage isn't a race, it's about picking up the little pieces we may lose along the way. When I am not attending a birth or working overnight postpartum shifts, you can most likely find me in the comfort of my home surrounded by my family. My house is filled with laughter, playful banter, persistent chirps from my Lovebirds and Conure, yapping can be heard from the family Pomeranian; Mochi. I enjoy worship nights held by my church, reading webtoons, soaking up k-dramas and building miniature wooden puzzles and book-nooks.
