As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the beauty and challenges that come with the postpartum journey. My work as a postpartum and birth doula is rooted in deep empathy and genuine care, qualities that have only been strengthened through my experience raising a special needs child. I bring calm, nonjudgmental support to families as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering both practical help and emotional reassurance. Over the past several years, I have supported families through both hospital and home births, navigating many different birth experiences and outcomes. I remain a steady advocate throughout, ensuring that families feel heard, respected, and empowered in every decision. My experience also includes childbirth education, lactation education, and newborn sleep support, helping parents feel prepared, confident, and informed from pregnancy through postpartum. My goal is always to nurture both baby and parents, creating a peaceful, supported environment where healing and bonding can truly thrive.

Hi there! Congratulations on your growing family ; what a beautiful journey you’re on. I’m a seasoned Doula with years of experience supporting families through both birth and the postpartum transition. My Full Birth Doula Packages start at $800, which includes continuous pregnancy support, full birth attendance, and emotional guidance every step of the way. For Postpartum Support, I offer compassionate day or overnight care to help parents rest and recover. Rates are $30/hour, with a 3-hour minimum per session.
