About me

Hello, my name is Amy, and I am a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist. I have been supporting pregnant families and babies for over 20 years. If you are facing challenges in getting pregnant, having prenatal anxiety or postpartum depression, you are not alone. These experiences can leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and even hopeless at times. Starting a new family is meant to be a happy time in our lives - a new milestone and a new beginning. However, it could also create mixed feelings that can be debilitating. You have tried to cope, but things are still not getting easier. Although stress is a natural response, it could take a toll on your mental health when it persists for too long. I offer a safe and supportive space to help you explore your concerns and navigate difficult decisions. We work collaboratively to uncover effective strategies for gaining more control of your mental health, confidently managing complex emotions related to pregnancy or parenthood, and being more resilient in maintaining your mental well-being. When you are feeling anxious or depressed, please know that help is out there. Take action today, a new beginning is waiting!
