Free Refugee Nursing & Mental Health Support Program is here for you — virtually, safely, and with care that understands your story. Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, NICU stress, and adjusting to a new country can feel overwhelming. Many refugee families are far from family, unsure where to turn, and carrying fear and loneliness. We are here to walk beside you. Our free virtual services include: • Prenatal & postpartum education • Childbirth preparation classes • Baby care education (feeding, bathing, sleep, safety) • Breastfeeding & pumping support • NICU guidance and emotional support • Mental health counselling & psychotherapy. A safe space to talk when you feel scared, alone, or overwhelmed. • Ear acupuncture for addiction and anxiety • Get prescriptions for smoking cessation products, contraceptives, vaccinations, and APNO (all-purpose nipple ointment) • Guidance on vaccinations, contraceptives, and pregnancy planning • Connections to trusted community resources, clinics, and newcomer programs You deserve special care and someone who listens.
