Hi, I'm Moriah, a career Nanny and Newborn Care Specialist with over 12 years of professional experience. I am passionate about supporting parents and families during the magical and challenging time of welcoming a new baby. I have spent my career specializing in newborn and infant care, educating new parents on the ins and outs of caring for their new additions, and safe sleep and good sleep hygiene. I have extensive experience with twins from birth to preschool years. I provide daytime, overnight, and 24 hour care for my clients. I love that I can be a calm and caring presence in the home allowing parents to get much needed rest and time for self care. I am originally from New Hampshire and now reside in Phoenix, Arizona with my partner and our two cats. I spend most of my free time enjoying the comforts of home, whether cooking a delicious meal, playing my ukulele, crafting, or caring for my many houseplants. I have recently reconnected with my childhood love of riding my bike and have taken up road cycling. I love exploring new places, spending time outdoors (when it isn't 300 degrees outside), and learning new things.

I will come to your home and provide comprehensive care of your newborn while you rest, shower, run errands, or whatever else you need to do to fill your cup. I am happy to take full charge or work alongside new parents offering advice and guidance when requested. I am passionate about safe sleep, and I always follow the safe sleep guidelines set forth buy the AAP. Contract length varies, most families book for a minimum of 12 weeks, and I have had some families use my services for the whole first year.
First, you will fill out a questionnaire regarding your child's sleep, daily routine, feeding frequency and volume, personality and temperament, and your parenting style and preferences. Then you will have a 45 minute video call or standard call (your choice) with me to discuss your goals and a sleep plan moving forward. I will provide a written sleep plan and sample schedule for you to follow at home. I will follow up with you via text, call or email to answer additional questions and provide guidance and reassurance along the way. Includes 4 weeks of follow up support.
I will come to your home and evaluate your child's sleep, routine, wake windows, feeding schedule, and temperament and personality. From there I will customize a sleep plan which I will help you implement. You choose if you would like my help improving daytime sleep and naps, or nighttime sleep. Includes 7 days OR nights (8 hours each) of hands on sleep support.
I offer daytime, overnight, and 24 hour newborn care, in person infant sleep coaching, and virtual pediatric sleep consultations.
