Cryptic pregnancy finding out 31 weeks pregnant at 10 week ultrasound appointment. I am extremely overwhelmed and unprepared. I am planning to give birth at hospital. We plan on giving birth at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital. We would like to delay chord clamping, delay bathing and introduce bare skin contact as soon as possible. We would like to delay examination. For the birth we would like to only use an epidural if absolutely necessary and would like to try other forms of pain reduction (nitric oxide); also limiting cervix checks.
