I’m a mommy, a doula, and a human services graduate with a deep passion for supporting families through every stage of their birth journey. My role is to empower you during some of the most intimate, vulnerable, and transformative moments of your life — from pregnancy and birth to the postpartum experience.

Myriam Lukoff, a native French speaker originally from Montreal is a compassionate doula and trained in Spinning Babies now living in Shrewsbury. With a degree in physiology from McGill University and over two decades experience in early childhood education, she integrates her knowledge and passion working with families towards a profound dedication in accompanying mothers on their unique childbirth journey. Myriam strives to empower women discovering and embracing their innate strength during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. She blends cultural sensitivity with unwavering support, ensuring every mother's voice is heard and honored. Her desire to become a doula was a result of how remarkably different and transformative each of her personal childbirth experiences were. Her volunteer work with organizations such as JFCS’s ‘Journey to Safety’ has deepened her commitment towards women feeling empowered, including those affected by domestic violence, highlighting her commitment to the safety and wellbeing of mothers and their children. Beyond her doula role, Myriam is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loves reading novels, playing the piano and spending time with her family.

I am a birth doula trained by Warm Welcome Birth Services. I am a registered MassHealth provider, which means if you are a member, my services will be covered by state insurance. Informed by my experience seeing the homebirths of my two younger siblings (and being born at home with a midwife myself), I believe that everyone giving birth deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected, no matter where they give birth. In my work, I value autonomy and informed consent. I am committed to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and justice-oriented care for all, including people of color, queer and trans folks, disabled people, and those belonging to all types of family structures. I'm also happy to talk about how to center faith/spirituality in birthing experiences!

I work with midwives in home birth settings; I work in hospitals in Boston, Framingham, Worcester, etc. This year, I was inducted into my college's Hall of Fame (sporty girl over here!) so I bring a physical strength alongside a deep serenity to all birth settings. Christine has walked the walk. When her twin boys were six months old, she and her husband hit a concrete wall of sleep deprivation and sought outside help. After failing to find a local sleep consultant, they set out to teach the boys how to sleep on their own. Ultimately, they were successful in teaching their boys healthy sleep habits but would have loved to have a guide on the journey. This struggle launched Christine’s sleep obsession and a passion to help families like her own. She completed the Family Sleep Institute’s child sleep consultant training program and Bella Luna Family was born! In the past 5+ years, she and her team have helped well over 1,000 families. She has also received a certification in child behavior coaching and she is a certified lactation counselor.

I am a chiropractor, using instruments and light touch to adjust. I love working with all but my heart sings when working with children and pregnant women. I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and am continuing my education with them to better serve my patients.
