Service introduction

As your birth doula I nurture your existing dyad with evidence-based, judgement-free, emotional, physical and spiritual support. This support is throughout the prenatal, birthing and immediate postpartum periods. I offer support to those in the capacity of birth doula, postpartum doula, childbirth educator, placenta encapsulation specialist and IBCLC. Consultations are offered in office (Keene, NH), Telehealth and in clients homes. I DO accept insurances for lactations consultationa.

General Birth Doula
✨2 Prenatal visit(s) 60-90 mins each - Include discussing optimal labor support and postpartum planning. Phone, Text and Email support from the moment our contract is reviewed and signed until two weeks post birth. ✨Access to books/documents/resources from MP lending library. ✨24/7 on-call and back up doula availability from 38 weeks-birth. In person or virtual support with the onset of active labor until birth and the immediate postpartum hours. ✨Assistance with optimal comfort techniques and labor positions during labor. ✨Birth photography/Videography in the event that hands on comfort techniques are not needed. ✨In depth assistance with breastfeeding during the immediate postpartum hours. ✨1 Postpartum visit to assist with breastfeeding needs, basic newborn care as well as emotional support to the newly settled family.
