About me

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and Master Health Coach with a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a passion for holistic, practical, and proactive health for families after birth. With over a decade in healthcare, I support families through major life transitions, helping moms recover, bond with their baby, and feel confident in their new role. I take a whole-family approach, supporting physical recovery, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing, and daily life at home. I’m especially passionate about replenishing mothers, because a nourished, rested mom builds the strongest foundation for her family. I’m just another mom who has been through it and wants better for others. My postpartum journey included an avoidable postpartum hospitalization, a humbling experience that taught me so much about healing, resilience, and support. I enjoy helping families feel empowered, supported, and present with their baby so they can savor these early months with confidence.

I’ve had the chance to work closely with Danielle in past roles, and what has always stood out to me is her dedication and follow-through. She’s thoughtful, incredibly organized, and makes decisions based on research and real results which translates so beautifully into her work as a postpartum doula. More than anything, Danielle truly cares. She’s passionate and deeply knowledgeable about all things motherhood and will show up for you in a way that feels steady and supportive. She has a calming, grounding presence that will make you feel safe, heard, and confident during such an important season. Any family working with Empowered After Birth is in such good hands. She will absolutely be your biggest advocate!
