I am a Certified Postpartum Doula with eight years of experience supporting families throughout the Greater Portland area. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, with a background in global health and community development, which informs my comprehensive, family-centered approach to postpartum care. I am also a mother of three young daughters, and my personal journey through motherhood—including pregnancy loss and postpartum depression—has shaped my deep empathy for the emotional, physical, and logistical complexities of the postpartum period. These lived experiences, combined with my professional training, allow me to meet families with compassionate, non-judgmental, and practical support during one of the most transformative times of their lives. My practice is grounded in real-world caregiving experience, efficiency, and organization, and guided by a strong belief in the importance of a reliable support network for new parents. I am honored to step into that role for families as they navigate the early days of parenthood. I hold certificates from the Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath and Death in Holding Space for Pregnancy Loss, Holding Space for Abortion, and Holding Space for Infertility. I was a founding board member of the Maine chapter of Postpartum Support International.
