I'm looking for someone who has at least 5 years of full time experience, experience with sleep training, is CPR certified, and is responsible, caring, and has strong communication skills. I am in need of someone to do night feeds, burning, changing diapers, soothing back to sleep, and cleaning bottle parts. The hours would be between 5 am and 9 am. Our budget is $22-26 an hour.

Looking for night-time assistance for my daughter with my new grandson. We are VERY cautious about germ exposure. Must have current vaccinations, with limited exposure in their daily lives. My daughter is breastfeeding and needs to be able to sleep a bit. Her parter is unable to assist since he has a hectic job and needs his sleep as well. Is it too early for sleep training?
