He was born at 37 weeks and is currently mostly bottle fed, 50/50 breast milk/formula because his latch is still pretty weak. He is gassy and has diaper rash. We are looking for someone who is CPR certified, can provide references, and has several years of experience. We live in Astoria (Queens, NYC).

My husband and I live on the UWS near Lincoln Center and are hoping to find an experienced night nanny who can help us for 4-6 weeks after we get home from delivery with our newborn. Both of our families in other parts of the country, so we are planning on needing some support during this time as this is our first. We are open to overnight shifts of 8 to 12 hours, and would like to plan on starting with 2-3 weeks of 5 nights/week, then 2-3 weeks of 3 nights/week, if possible — with the potential to add on (if available) should we need more support.
