We are looking for a night nanny to look after our two month old baby at night. At night, the nanny would be responsible for feeding, changing, and watching over the baby, including making sure the baby doesn't choke. We are looking for someone to do this from 10:30PM to 6:30AM. We require someone with experience dealing with young babies, preferably those with reflux. No certification is required but it is a plus. Must have up to date TDAP vaccine. My baby is 3 months old and has silent reflux and very bad gas. He’s gotten a lot better with treatment and can usually sleep for longer stretches, but still needs extra care. Hello, My daughter's baby is having difficulty stringing their sleep cycles together resulting in the baby needing to be soothed back to sleep every 45 minutes or so. Needless to say this is a difficult situation for my daughter and son in law.
