I am looking for a doula to support me during my first pregnancy. I plan to give birth in a hospital setting and want someone who can guide me through the process with calm, knowledgeable support. My estimated budget is between $500 and $800. My birth plan is to have a peaceful and positive hospital birth with as little stress as possible. It’s very important for me that my doula is bilingual in English and Spanish, so communication feels natural and comfortable throughout the entire process. I would love a doula who can help me manage pain naturally through breathing techniques, positioning, emotional support, and advocacy. I also want someone who can help me understand my options, stay informed during labor, and support both me and my partner. Since this is my first baby, I’m open-minded but would like to try for a vaginal delivery if possible. I would like to labor as naturally as I can, but I am open to pain relief, including an epidural, depending on how things progress. After birth, I would like immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby if possible.
