We require someone with experience dealing with young babies, preferably those with reflux. No certification is required but it is a plus. Must have up to date TDAP vaccine. My baby is 3 months old and has silent reflux and very bad gas. He’s gotten a lot better with treatment and can usually sleep for longer stretches, but still needs extra care.
