I plan to give birth at the hospital, I already had one baby but my experience in birth was really bad I wan someone that knows about birth that can fight and care for my needs My in-laws at giving me this experience away so I’m not really sure what is their budget I want to have golden hour skin to skin with my baby, delay the cut of the umbilical cord, they are my priorities, and I want to learn about breast feeding, with my first we didn’t have the support we wanted at the hospital with this and didn’t know how to get it so I couldn’t breastfeed. It’s really important to me being able to do this for my second baby

My pregnancy with my first child seven years ago was rushed and forced into a C-section. I’ve always known and felt something was wrong about the way that I had my first child but I am 16 weeks pregnant now more educated and I am looking to have a vbac , I was going the regular route by going to a ob but she has rubbed me the wrong way a few times and I want someone that is going to help me have my baby the natural way I can the first time around. I was robbed out of seeing my husband, cut the umbilical cord skin to skin and even breast-feeding. I know that I can do it and I do not want a doctor to force me to have a C-section if I do not need it just because I had one before that I did not need. I want to either be in contact with someone who can deliver my child for me or send me to providers that can support my decision. I did plan on giving birth at Northside Hospital. I do have Medicaid. I just want a natural birth that I am owed.

I need someone who is kind & loves my unborn child. I need someone who is willing to come to my home because I want to give birth at home. My birth plan is to hopefully give birth to a healthy child with very minimal tearing. Only thing I want to do is cut the chord (delayed). No vaccines, no bath, no vitamin K. I will be breast feeding so education in lactation would be very helpful as well.

I am autistic and have been struggling with polyhydramnios and preterm labor symptoms and struggle to understand the logistics and literal directions my OB is giving me.

Im 23 and pregnant with my first. To be honest im genuinely terrified of every aspect of this experience and it’s causing me to lose so much sleep and stress more than i imagined. I’m planning on a hospital birth with an epidural. I don’t normally tend to fully go the holistic route always. I’m out of work and am relying on my fiancé financially. I know having the emotional support from a doula will help me a lot I’m just not sure I can afford it but I’m taking a look around.

Plan to give birth in hospital and this is my first birth. Looking for guidance and support for both me and my husband as we enter this journey. I am considered a high-risk pregnancy due to complications in my previous pregnancy. During my last pregnancy I experienced severe preeclampsia and stopped breathing, which was a life-threatening situation. Because of this history, I want additional support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. A doula can help monitor my well-being, provide emotional and physical support, help reduce stress, and assist with recognizing warning signs early. This support can also help reduce my risk of postpartum complications and improve my overall health outcomes.
