As a postpartum doula, I am trained to help with all things newborn care, including feeding support, sleep, soothing, bathing, etc, as well as supporting parents through the postpartum period and transition to new-parenthood! Daytime Postpartum Support

Newborn Care (diapering, bathing, sleep, feeding, routine setting, etc) Postpartum Healing Support (mental/emotional support for postpartum person, feeding support, extra set of hands) Household Support (laundry, dishes, bottles, light cleaning to maintain a tidy space, etc) Simple Meal Prep for family Education & Confidence Building

Overnight Postpartum Support

DEDICATED, UNDISTURBED SLEEP for new parents! Be able to turn your brain off for the evening and get some dedicated, undisturbed sleep while I care for your newborn. I am happy to take care of some other light household tasks, but the priority is allowing everybody in the home to get some well-deserved sleep!

$50 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I believe every birthing and postpartum person should have access to respectful, trauma-informed care and evidence-based information. I currently offer birth support, as well as daytime and overnight postpartum support.
