About me

I am a full-spectrum doula who supports women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, with a strong focus on what often gets overlooked—the mother. Too often, care shifts quickly or stays at the surface, leaving the mother to navigate recovery and change without steady support. My work is rooted in the understanding that this transition deserves intention, structure, and care that truly holds you as you move through it. My approach is grounded, hands-on, and centered on helping you move through this experience with more stability and clarity. I bring a background in maternal support, herbal care, womb-centered care, and energy-based healing that supports your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I approach this work without judgment. I’ve been in this position, and I meet you where you are with the support you need.

I cannot thank Ms.Niesha enough for the incredible care and support she gave me during the birth of my daughter. I decided to experience giving birth at a birthing center and from the very beginning, she brought such calm, reassurance, and wisdom into the entire experience. Not only did she guide me through the physical side of labor but also made sure I felt emotionally strong and empowered. Her presence was steady and comforting. I felt supported, respected, and truly seen throughout my birthing journey. Having her by my side made all the difference, and I will forever be grateful for the love and care she poured into me and my daughter.

I could not have birthed successfully without Niesha!! She stepped in as an emergency doula fulfillment and I thank God for her presence, patience, guidance and expertise! My original doula was not present but Niesha saw me in labor when I arrived at the birthing center and did not hesitate to step in and help. She even connected with my original doula and made sure she went over my birth plan to know how to help advocate and guide me in the ways I’d requested. She made herself fully present and available and guided me through my birth experience which was unmediated and spontaneous labor. I needed every word, touch and guide that she provided which gave me a care, encouragement and confidence needed in the most vulnerable time of my life. Thank you so much Niesha! May God bless you for your work, service and heart!

Niesha exceeds your idea of a doula. Our time together was short, but she always felt present. Her support was very calming, she was a great resource, and she helped me not feel alone in my birthing process. Even now, that I am six months postpartum, she is an extremely valuable resource just a text away! If you need a doula, yes, Neisha is fantastic, but she will feel like a friend you've known your whole life. She will be there for you at your most vulnerable moments and share in your beautiful moments. She helps you remain present in the moments and makes me feel more confident than I thought I could. I will forever be grateful for her being there for me!

Selecting Niesha to be my Doula was one the best decision I made during my pregnancy. With this being my first pregnancy I didn’t know what to expect and was very nervous but she made it such a calm and empowering experience. Her passion and love for what she does is unmatched. I’ve never had someone cared for me the way she did.. not even my husband lol. The care, the attentiveness, the tenacity, the patience, the love… I mean the list goes on. My labor went on 2 days and she never left my side. We went from the bed, to the tub, to the bathroom, to the floor; the entire time; she was right there. I get emotional just thinking about it again… I will never forget what and who she was to and for me in the most vulnerable moments in my life. She help give birth to my amazing, healthy, beautiful baby boy. I honestly don’t think I could have had a natural birth without her. I know God sent her for me and my husband; & I am so grateful for her & her work.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Niesha during my pregnancy and birth experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better support person. From the beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and empowered every step of the way. During labor, she was calm, reassuring, and attentive to my needs—emotionally and physically. Her presence helped me stay grounded and focused. She truly went above and beyond, offering guidance not only to me but also to my partner, which made the experience even more meaningful for both of us. Her professionalism and genuine care stood out the entire time. If you’re looking for someone who is not only experienced and reliable, but also kind and compassionate, I highly recommend Niesha. She was a blessing during one of the most important moments of my life.

I would like to say that during one of the most difficult times in my life Niesha was there for me to deliver my baby boy. She was so attention, nurturing, caring and assured I was comfortable during my labor. I remember panicking because I was rushed to the ER for an emergency c-section and she was right there to calm me down and reassure me that that I was doing fine, at that time it was something I needed to hear while being so terrified. I want to say thank you for all that you do and what you have done for me. By the way he is almost 11 months now
