I started working with Nikki in my 3rd trimester to work on some pelvic issues I was experiencing and to ease my anxiety with the delivery of my first child. When I first talked to Nikki over the phone, I knew right away I wanted her to be my doula. She made me feel comfortable. She presented me with information and made no judgments on my choices. She also helped my husband and my work through a number of the decisions that needed to be made for planning our birth plan. On the day of my scheduled induction, Nikki arrived on time and talked us through what to expect, which tremendously relaxed me as a first-time mum. My delivery was relatively easy and complication-free compared to my postpartum. I relied heavily on Nikki during my 4th trimester and was glad we had covered a lot of postpartum care beforehand while I was still pregnant. She regularly checked up on the baby and me and made sure we made it past the hurdles of breastfeeding. Having Nikki as part of my birth team was the best decision I made to significantly alleviate any postpartum anxiety. She has greatly supported my family and me through this pregnancy, delivery, and parenthood journey. Nikki was a great doula, and I plan on having her by my side for our next child.

I was so scared when I found out I was pregnant. My best friend is the one who introduced me to Nikki and she has been a God Send. She was so so supportive and so patient with me and my husband and trust me were were both pretty frantic. She always went the extra mile for us and been there literally every step of the way. Even after the twins came she made her time for us and stayed present. I am beyond grateful to know this woman & very proud to call her My Dula.

My wife and I have a baby on the way and was advised by some of our friends who have children to hire a Doula. We've been working with Nikkie for about 2 month now and she has been wonderful. My wife and I suffered some trauma from a previous pregnancy that ended via miscarriage. It definitely took it's toll on us emotionally and spiritually. When we decided that we were going to hire a Doula, we wanted someone who was empathetic to our grief and help calm my wife's anxiety. Thankfully Nikkie was so calm and understanding, she really has been a fresh of breath air, as we begin to navigate the second chance at having a baby. She is teaching us so much and we look forward to what's to come when our baby gets here.

Unfortunately I found Nikkie after a gave birth to my daughter. I would have loved to have her as my doula and by my side during L&D. With that being said I was lucky to find Nikkie she helped me thru my postpartum where I experienced a bit a depression and just overall difficulty adjusting to motherhood as a first time mother. Nikkie was so supportive and encouraging , was my voice when I found it hard to seek help she was ready and able to help when needed. If another child is in my future In a heartbeat I would have Nikkie as my doula from the start of my pregnancy.

So my wife and worked with Nikkie before with preconception. My wife wanted to make sure that her mind and body was at its healthiest to start trying to conceive our daughter. Nikkie offered fitness training and meditation for both of us, she guided us through nutritional understanding and the importance of us both seeing a Dr. Nikkie was there for my wife's L&D, through PP. It's was wonderful to have support the way she gave it to us to make the transition into parenthood. My wife and I have been educated by Nikkie about family planning, when the time permits, we will be using Nikkie again.
