I plan to give birth in the hospital this is my first pregnancy im so nervous and scared I don’t have a birth plan I just need the support
We will be giving birth at Sentara Leigh Hospital, ideally without an epidural. We are most concerned with getting reasonable sleep for the first 8-13 weeks and would like a night nurse for 4-5 nights a week for the first 4 weeks, and the. 3 nights a week for the next 8-10 weeks depending on the need. Other postpartum services that would be helpful would be some lactation consulting and referrals to Pelvic floor physical therapy and being an advocate for the mother. Estimated budget for a night nurse would be $30-35 an hour for 9 hours a night
