Looking to do a natural home birth. I want the freedom and power that comes with birthing at home, making decisions based on how my body feels and what feels right in the moment. Must be a Certified Midwife. I am 26 years old, healthy, and have a healthy pregnancy thus far. After birth I will plan to breastfeed. I have a pretty clear idea of how to do this, but may need help with production and such after birth. Having help with household chores after birth would be extremely helpful, as my body will need to recover and I will need to support my baby. I am currently covered through insurance- Anthem BCBS.

Home birth is my ideal situation. I’m unsure of budget as I’m not familiar with the cost associated with hiring a midwife. I would like a midwife that accepts Tricare insurance. This is my 4th baby. I have a history of quick labors (6hrs, 3.5 hrs and 2 hrs) and delivery a bit early (38wk 1 day, 37wk 5day and 38wk 3 days).

I am looking for a cnm that will take tricare. I am wanting to birth in a hospital. Not induced. If it is a boy I do want it circumcised. I want delayed cord clamping. I want it handed straight to me at birth

I have Hypermesis Gravadarum. I am looking for something different because my second pregnancy and birth at temple Baylor Scott and white was a nightmare. So, im looking for a better option this time around. They wouldn't listen to my needs about my Hypermesis and made me seem like a bother or I was being dramatic but when ur vomiting every 15 to 30 mins all morning, day, and night and nobody is listening or at least validating the situation it gets frustrating. Definitely not trying to bash them but I just dont wanna feel like the next cow waiting to be butchered. I just want a positive birth experience and someone who will at least listen and help me come up with a smooth birthing plan this time around. P. S. I have superior Medicaid

I would prefer giving birth at home but if I have to at the hospital then that’s different. Don’t have a budget yet as this is my 1st baby and my birth plan includes all natural, leave umbilical cord till white, water birth, no vaccines. I would like to pull the baby out if possible. I'm still deciding on if I want to give birth in a hospital or at home. I'd prefer someone who takes insurance. I'd like a water birth, and to do everything as naturally as possible (basically just let my body do its thing, don't wash baby, delayed cord clamping, etc.) I'd also like to have the same person doing pregnancy appointments as at the birth.
