Hi, this is my second pregnancy. However, I had a twin vaginal birth in 2014, so it’s been so long that it feels like my first! This time around, I’m aiming for as unmedicated as possible and I’m looking for a support person during birth, as well as postpartum for assistance with lactation and sleep. My husband is a firefighter so he won’t be around much postpartum, so I would like as much support as possible this time. I’d like to stay around 1500 to 2000 if that’s possible and I’d like to see if it’s covered some by insurance. We have CIGNAPPO.

I am giving birth at St. Joseph in Burbank, CA. I want to use in-network benefits. I want to give birth vaginally and unmedicated if possible. I want someone who is Mexican and/or Black and Christian. English-speaking and has at least 2 years of experience. I am a [personal details hidden] woman with a [personal details hidden]. Looking for birth and postpartum doula support covered by my insurance (LA Care through Medi-Cal), as well as options for lactation support if I need it. Planning a VBAC birth center birth (Simi Valley Birth Center).

I would love some birthing support! Hoag Irvine birth center or Providence Mission Viejo is where I will give birth. This is my second baby, and [personal details hidden] I would love to learn new positions and other pain relief during birth and not use the epidural. My husband is deployed now, and might not be there for the birth.

Second pregnancy, twin pregnancy. Mostly want assistance understanding my options so I can make educated decisions for myself and my children during and following birth. I would also like guidance to ease the discomfort and pain experienced during the end of this pregnancy and during birth. Lastly, I would appreciate someone who can help me navigate breastfeeding and pumping for twins, especially since I have a rocky history with breastfeeding and pumping for my first born. 4 week old with shallow latch sometimes, help on how to maximize production or schedule to not have to top off baby with formula and want to exclusively breast feed only

First baby, planning a hospital birth at Los Robles in Thousand Oaks. Hoping for an unmedicated, low-intervention birth with freedom to move, a water tub if available, and my husband as my primary support person (hoping he gets to catch the baby). Open to nitrous oxide, but want to avoid the Epidural as well as Pitocin unless medically necessary. After birth I'd like delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, and a hands-off approach to the placenta unless intervention's needed. I'd also love postpartum support to help us through early recovery and newborn care. Budget: covered under Gold Coast Health Plan (Medi-Cal), so looking for providers who accept that coverage.
