I am a mother, certified postpartum doula, and currently pursing a Master's in Public Health. I offer compassionate physical and emotional support, and I am a dedicated advocate for each client. As a postpartum doula, I provide a calming, supportive presence during one of the most vulnerable times in my client's lives. I am here to ensure you feel nurtured and confident as you transition into life with your new baby, offering gentle hands-on help and informational support for you. Whether you need practical help or emotional processing, I am here to help you navigate the fourth trimester. Furthermore, I deeply believe that every individual deserves an empowering postpartum experience, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or socioeconomic status.
