I’m looking to have a natural unmedicated birth at the hospital. Also looking for guidance throughout my pregnancy on what I should be doing to prepare for labor and delivery. I don’t have a huge budget either. This is my first pregnancy so I’m new to all of this. But I do know that I want to inquire about having a Doula for this pregnancy.

I am planning to give birth with the midwives in the beacon health system. I would like a doula who can help with labor coaching, specifically with suggesting best labor position and strategies for labor progression and pain management. I plan to have a water birth. Our estimated budget is $800.

I will be giving birth at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. I can not go over $2,000, and am hoping to spend less than that if I can! My birth plan includes a natural birth. Vaginally, with no epidural. I do NOT want to be induced unless it is literally life or death. I plan to move around and try several positions, and am very interested in a water birth. This is my first child! 😁

I plan to give birth at the hospital. My budget is $10,000, I would love a doula that works with insurances. My birth plan so far is, I want to go unmedicated if possible, I want a doula who can speak up for me when needed and know what to do, I have a hard time speaking up for myself, especially around medical people. I am interested in seeking out and using a doula for my birth. This is new to me! This isn’t second pregnancy and I had preeclampsia and had to be induced (not fun). I’m currently taking baby aspirin to hopefully reduce my chances. I’ve thought about and considered not getting an epidural. I’m scared but think it would help my chances of not tearing (also miserable). I want to be educated and learn different things than what I did the first time. I will give birth in a hospital. I have no idea how much that costs and if insurance covers that or not.

As part of my recertification, I am required to be present for a minimum number of births and to complete observation hours related to labor, delivery, and lactation support. I am going to deliver in hospital I want pre birth classes I want labour support

I do not want to have my baby in the hospital but if I have to I would like somebody who actually cares about the safety of me & my child’s needs during birth and after. I’m unemployed but I have Medicare I think so I will need help on that. I’m a first mom & i recently turned 20. I am looking for a natural birth but safe birth with emotional support & empathy
