I plan on giving birth at Kaiser (Moreno Valley location), I’m looking for someone who has worked or is knowledgeable with vaginisms, somatic responses to past trauma regarding SA and someone who is actively practicing their faith as a Christian.

I’m not sure which hospital out of loma linda, rancho, or Kaiser riverside so I’d like help with that decision as well. I have Kaiser that covers doula services so I’m not sure how to go about pay for that or how it works but want to learn more. I’m a also a first time mom and didn’t even know people went into labor with a “plan” so any information and guidance on what would be best as a black mom for maternal healthcare and for a black infant would be appreciated.

hospital birth Need help coming up with birth plan medicated birth

I am giving birth at UC Memorial North in Colorado Springs. I am looking for someone who will advocate for me in my goals to not be induced (unless medically necessary) and to give birth unmedicated. No birth photography please—it makes me uncomfortable. This is my first child so I would love to take some classes in pain management with my husband, if possible. We are due May 28, 2026.
