I am looking for a doula, post partum doula, and any other support my insurance covers. We plan to give birth at Kaiser Sunnyside. I have to use my kaiser TRAD HMO MEDICAL insurance. And I would love support creating a birth plan. Some things I know I want is pain medicine, being able to move during delivery, and delayed cord clamping. My husband and I both have ADHD and are highly intelligent. We would love someone pretty intelligent, but also someone that can read the room as I can become overstimulated with pain. We have 6 cats.

I am a new mom freshly postpartum with a one month old and suffering postpartum depression, mostly triggered by lack of sleep and exhaustion. I am looking for someone to take over night shifts so I can get batteries recharged and keep postpartum at bay.

My wife was just brought back into the ER due to high blood pressure and may also require a blood transfusion due to red cell count on top of the high blood pressure issue. We also have a 20 month old in the house who requires care. They must be certified. Looking for a doula for the house to assist. I will be giving birth at a local hospital and planning for a vaginal delivery with epidural and I expect postpartum care and healing will be a big hurdle to overcome while caring for the newborn. We're not committed to a budget at this stage but standard rates recommend~$30-$40 per hour (8=10 hours per night shift - 10pm-7am) with the most critical days/weeks being those first 6 weeks. We would expect needing an NCS for 5 nights a week to support and educate us first time parents on feedings, sleep schedules etc and would re-evaluate if continued support is needed.
