I need someone experienced in birth in order to avoid tearing (even though I plan on using an epidural) and also someone who is highly trained in sleep training for my baby once that becomes an option for them. I would like to create a birth plan that includes limited vaccines with the most necessary only and to be delayed and as spread out as possible! I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins. my husband is going to be working and I am a high risk surgical C-section delivery at no later than 38 weeks due to prior complications.
